At Raynor Door Authority, we can provide a number of common and uncommon services and repairs on your doors. Our experience is that garage door emergencies are rarely convenient, which is why we provide 24-hour emergency service.

Residential Garage Door Services

Spring Replacement

Torsion Springs: These are mounted horizontally above the door and help lift the garage door. Over time, they can weaken and break.
Extension Springs: Located along the sides of the door, these also help with lifting. Like torsion springs, they can lose tension or snap.

Cable Repair/Replacement

Cables work alongside springs to open and close the garage door. If a cable frays or snaps, the door may become misaligned or get stuck.

Track Alignment/Repair

Garage doors run on tracks that guide their movement. If the tracks become bent or misaligned, the door may not open or close smoothly. A technician may need to straighten or realign the tracks.

Roller Replacement

Rollers help the door glide smoothly along the tracks. Worn or broken rollers can cause noisy operation or prevent the door from moving properly.

Garage door shopping can be a bit daunting. I called Raynor Door Authority…let me tell ya, these guys knows garage doors!

They offered to come by, share the color samples and measure for new doors. It helped me immensely and they had a lot of experience that we appreciated. We ordered 16 x 8 doors, steel with embossed texture with carriage door hardware. We also needed to replace our garage door openers so we ordered those as well.

I called with a technical question/problem that no company seemed to be able to address.
