Three-door New Construction Install in Manchester
A new-construction home outside Manchester needed three doors set and operating before the builder’s close date, with openings that were still settling as trim went in.
We coordinated directly with the builder, communicating throughout the duration of the project and installation. We installed insulated doors sized to the finished openings, and worked an unexpected framing issue through without moving the date.
Replacing Sixty-year-old Doors on a Period Home
The original doors on this period property had been in service more than sixty years. They still opened, but nothing sealed, and the hardware was past the point of repair.
We matched the carriage proportions and glazing pattern of the originals in an insulated door, so the elevation reads the same from the street while the garage finally holds heat through a New Hampshire winter.
