Raynor Door Authority of New England is looking to hire a full-time Sales Representative to join our team. We are a small, community-oriented company that specializes in residential garage doors, commercial garage doors, retractable awnings, folding wall partitions, and dock equipment. We take pride in being one of the top garage door installation companies in the area.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling residential product lines. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales/business development in the construction industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive inbound sales leads and contact prospects to identify their needs
- Full cycle sales – from initial contact and quote to final job check
- Identify potential markets and generate outbound leads
- Provide product knowledge and expertise to customers
- Build relationships with local contractors, homebuilders, and industry professionals
- Assist in prepping technicians for all jobs you sold
- Be a team player
- Be customer focused
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or state equivalency
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role, construction industry experience a plus
- Must have good customer service skills
- Organized and task-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Experience with CRM and ERP software a plus
