Responsibilities

  • Your primary dedication is to the Service Department and all customers of Raynor Door Authority. You will play a role in the overall success of our customer service, technicians, and profitability. This position reports directly to the head of the service department and is based in Rockford, IL.
  • Phones are a major portion of your daily activities.
    • Answering, transferring, and customer relations.
    • You will be a main part of our First Impressionists Team.
  • Assisting walk-in customers when it relates to service.
  • Entering, scheduling, coordinating, and reviewing service orders.
  • Opening the store at 6:45am daily.

Compensation

  • Entry annual base pay $45,000 – $55,000.
    • Negotiable based on skillset.
    • Annual raises and profit share eligible.
    • Full line of benefits including a 401K plan.
